Elfab have over 70 years experience in manufacturing forward-acting rupture discs. Used in a wide range of applications Elfab's tension-loaded rupture discs are available in a wide range of materials and burst pressures. Capable of operating at up to 90% of rated burst pressure Elfab offer a choice of flat or domed discs all excellently manufactured for accurate burst control.

CONVENTIONAL DOMED
Forward-Acting rupture disc suitable for a wide range of applications. The versatile Conventional Domed disc can be used in a wide range of operating environments offering an economic solution to many applications. This forward acting rupture disc is available in a wide range of materials and sizes with an 85% operating to burst pressure ratio.

DOMED COMPOSITE
Tri-membrane construction for enhanced protection. The forward acting Domed Composite rupture disc is of a composite design with a unique tri-membrane construction. This non-fragmenting composite rupture disc brings enhanced protection, reliability and leak tightness, with various slotting arrangements available to meet the specific application requirements.

SAFE-GARD
Radially scored on the vent side for increased safety. Safe-Gard is an advanced tension-loaded rupture disc, with precision radial scoring on the vent-side for accurate burst control. The single membrane domed disc is suitable for liquid and gas applications with a 90% operating to burst pressure ratio. Ideal for a wide range of burst pressures and sizes Safe-Gard combines the versatility of conventional metal discs with the performance benefits of scored technology.

TANK-SAFE
Tank-Safe is designed for use on intermodel tank containers to meet the requirements of the various international standards relating to transportation of dangerous goods. The disc is of composite construction and does not require a holder. It is mounted directly below the relief valve. The construction comprises of three main components, a slotted top section, seal membrane and vacuum support. At the set pressure the disc bursts and petals open to give full bore relief.
